It cures and seals the affected substrate, creating a stable surface ready for subsequent priming, filling or refinishing.Its excellent penetration allows the sealer to work effectively even on thicker rust layers. It also helps stop zinc corrosion and provides adhesion to a variety of metal substrates, including iron, steel, aluminium and zinc.Loose rust should first be removed by rough sanding.
