Soudal Metal Plastic Extra Fine 1kg Polyester Car Body Filler + Hardener TubeSoudal Metal Plastic Extra Fine is a two-component polyester putty based on unsaturated polyester resins. Its very fine structure makes it particularly suitable as a finishing layer for automotive body repairs and for removing slight roughness and small holes in polyester putties.The filler is suitable for filling scratches, tears and dents in metal panels, repairing metal and polyester surfaces, and repairing scratches, cracks and dents in cars. It offers easy application, fast curing and lasting adhesion, and can be quickly treated afterwards by grinding or sanding.Metal Plastic Extra Fine has an open working time of approximately 5–8 minutes and is sandable after approximately 20 minutes, depending on environmental conditions. Its specified application temperature is +10°C to +25°C, with temperature resistance from -30°C to +115°C.For application, mix 2% B-component with the A-component until a homogeneous mixture is achieved. Apply a thin layer using a spatula, adding further layers if required.
