and other contaminants before application.MIXING INSTRUCTIONSMIPA P60 S must be mixed with MIPA Härter PS hardener before use.Mixing Ratio by Weight: 30 parts filler to 1 part hardener.Mixing Ratio by Volume: 100 parts filler to 5 parts hardener.Mix the components thoroughly according to the manufacturer's instructions.Pot Life: Approximately 30 minutes at 20°C.Where required, add 0–5% MIPA PE-Verdünnung in accordance with the product's technical data sheet.Do not exceed the recommended hardener or thinner quantities.APPLICATION GUIDELINESClean and prepare the surface thoroughly.Remove rust, loose paint, grease and other contaminants.Mix MIPA P60 S with the specified quantity of hardener.Add approved thinner only if required.Apply using suitable spray equipment.Apply approximately 2–5 spray passes, following the manufacturer's instructions.Allow the filler to cure fully before sanding.Sand the repaired surface and prepare it for a compatible primer or subsequent coating.Typical Dry Film Thickness: 150–300µm.Maximum Dry Film Thickness: 1000µm.DRYING & SANDING TIMESAt 20°C: Approximately 2–3 hoursAt 60°C: Approximately 30 minutesInfrared Drying: Approximately 10–15
